Harrogate takes another giant stride towards vintage style with a Discover Vintage fashion fair at the White Hart hotel on Sun 14th. Should be another good ‘un. more info here

Heather from Eclectic Chair has given up her space to concentrate on her blossoming upholstery business though we’ll still be selling her cool cushions. Also Joy & Phil from Retro Centro Furniture will be moving to Italy next month to be a band of wandering minstrels. They’ve been with us from the start and will be missed, as will their velour 70’s cylinder dressing tables.
So there’s a few new sellers this month…..firstly Sara Earl and Caroline Whittaker both join us selling 50’s 60’s homewares and the odd tasty garment, also Aga Galat-Braken has taken a space near the door selling high class vintage clothes heres a link to her styling site.
Having been snowed ion for 2 weeks, we give in and declare our first Sale!! Running till the end of Jan, we’re offering big 50% and 30% discounts on a huge number of vintage goodies. There’s 50% off all vinyl records, a 50% menswear rail and several stalls are offering 1/3rd off all Clothes. Get down and grab a bargain!!

Hello to Heather from Eclectic Chair, now selling her fabulous cushions and upholstery in store along with some well chosen (and well priced) retro goodies. Click on the picture to check out her site! 
This week marked our 6th month bringing Vintage and Retro to the good citizens of Harrogate and North Yorkshire. and they said it wouldn’t last!
We’ve also been shortlisted for best new business in the Plush awards, many thanks to those who’ve voted for us. Awards are on Oct 22nd so fingers crossed.
There’ve been a few changes this month with Nancy and Rose moving closer to home in York and recycled*design concentrating on thier internet business.
I have a waiting list for new spaces but such is our success that Keeley from Discover Vintage, Cathy from Altered Ego and Joy from RetroCentro have all elected to expand thier spaces to bring you even more vintage and retro goodies.
We’ve also introduced a cabinet of classy Retro and Vintage watches!
